The CertaScan product training was held on September 23, 2025, on the 4th floor of the PT Sekarguna Medika building. This event was organized by PT Sekarguna Medika in collaboration with its principal, CertaScan Technologies from the United States.

The training featured Mr. Jim from CertaScan Technologies as the speaker, who serves as a Marketing representative. During the session, participants received presentations on product knowledge and medical knowledge related to CertaScan technology.

Around 25 participants attended the event enthusiastically, consisting of the Furniture Division, Perinatology Division, Arnez Team, and Marketing Support Division. The training activities included material presentations, product demonstrations, hands-on practice by participants, as well as discussion and question-and-answer sessions.

The product introduced during this training was a technology for recording newborn babies’ footprints without using ink. This technology aims to provide a more authentic identification method for newborns and replace the conventional ink-based method.

Through this training, participants are expected to understand the benefits and advantages of CertaScan technology, be able to operate the device, and explain its functions and benefits to institutions or hospitals that require a more modern and accurate newborn identification technology.
