Sekarguna Medika, in collaboration with RS Pelni Jakarta, organized a training session and product presentation from Alcare Japan on December 9, 2025, at the RS Pelni Jakarta Hall. The event was attended by approximately 40 participants, including doctors, wound care nurses, and professional teams from PT Sekarguna Medika, who enthusiastically took part in the learning session on the latest technology in stoma care and patient skin health.

The training featured speakers from Alcare Japan, namely Mr. Singo as the principal representative, along with Cucu as the Head of the Stoma Wound Division and Ika Mespi as the General Manager of the HCP Division. During the session, Dr. Endra assisted as a translator to ensure that all materials delivered by the speakers were well understood by the participants.

“Through this training, we hope that medical professionals can better understand the optimal use of Alcare products to improve the quality of patient care, especially in stoma management and skin care.”

During the presentation, the speakers introduced various leading Alcare products designed to support patient care, particularly for those with stoma conditions. The materials covered proper techniques for applying stoma pouches, selecting products based on patient conditions, and methods for maintaining healthy skin around the stoma area to prevent irritation.

In addition to the presentation, the event also included live product demonstrations. Participants were given the opportunity to see and try product samples directly, allowing them to gain practical understanding of how to use the products and their benefits in daily clinical practice.

Some of the products introduced during this event included moisturizing creams that help maintain skin health and hydration, as well as cleansing creams that can be used without water or soap. These products are designed to provide optimal protection for the skin, especially in sensitive areas.

The participants showed great enthusiasm, as reflected in their active participation during the discussion and Q&A sessions. Through this training, it is expected that medical professionals will gain deeper knowledge of Alcare’s technology and care solutions, enabling them to provide more optimal services for patients.
