On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, the Sales & Marketing team conducted a product demonstration at St. Carolus Hospital – Salemba. The products introduced were the Intensive Phototherapy Unit Bilisphere 360° LED (Novos), Infant Incubator KI 1000, and Infant Warmer KR-1000. The demo was attended by Dr. Jeanette Mila, SpA, along with Nurses Rozita and Fransiska, who are responsible for the Damaskus and Imanuel wards.
This event was a follow-up to the hospital’s plan to purchase the Infant Warmer KR-1000 to support more modern and efficient neonatal care services. During the demonstration, participants expressed high enthusiasm for the two products presented. They noted that the features offered were far superior compared to the equipment currently used in the hospital, particularly for the infant warmer category, which is still using an older model. Innovation and ease of operation were highlighted as the main attractions.

This product also drew significant attention due to its ease of use and innovative design. Its main advantages include:

Elevated Thermal Safety System – Equipped with automatic controls if room temperature rises:
- Temperature >32°C: Upper blower activates.
- Temperature >34°C: Lower blower activates.
- Temperature >35°C: Upper compartment rises by 10 cm.
- Temperature >36°C: Rises further to a total of 20 cm.
- Temperature 37°C: Lamps automatically shut off while the system continues to run for patient safety.
These safety features provide peace of mind for medical staff during long-term use.
The product demonstration at St. Carolus Hospital – Salemba was a success, receiving positive responses from healthcare professionals. The Infant Warmer KR-1000 and Intensive Phototherapy Unit Bilisphere 360° LED are considered to offer more effective and safer modern solutions compared to previous equipment.
