Continuous Dr. Ortho Product Training: Sekarguna’s Commitment to Quality Healthcare Distribution in Indonesia
At the end of September 2025, Sekarguna Medika held a training session on Dr. Ortho’s new products as part of the company’s commitment to improving service quality and product knowledge across Indonesia. The event was attended by Sekarguna Medika’s Sales & Marketing team from various sales channels to directly explain to customers, end-users, and sub-distributors the advantages, benefits, and proper usage of the new products

The training was conducted interactively through material presentations, live demonstrations, and Q&A sessions to address challenges faced by participants in the field. Beyond theory, participants also had the opportunity to practice product usage to gain a deeper understanding of the correct application techniques in accordance with standards.
Through this program, participants are expected to enhance their confidence in explaining Dr. Ortho products, gain a deeper understanding of the technical and medical aspects, and strengthen the quality of after-sales service.
