As to meet customers expectation, Sekarguna Medika emphasizes the importance of its human resources to deliver excellent service to satisfy customers. Therefore we continuously support and facilitate our human resources improvement with development programs. As for employees with remarkable work performance and dedication were appreciated with various benefit programs which usually given every year. We also held various annual internal events regarding ceremonial date.
Management Development Program
This program aimed for new members joined the company. It is meant to help new members adjusting to company’s vision, mission, and values in order to accelerate their work performance since the early stage.
As a refreshment, this program also customized for senior employees with supervisor level and above. It is meant to remind and to re-align employees work principle with company’s.
Annual Gathering 2012
Closing the previous year achievement and to have a fresh start in the new year, we annually held Annual Gathering. Usually held in several days which scheduled within is annual meeting and fun activities.
